We know that your time is valuable. Waggoner's Embroidery strives to make your ordering process as easy as possible to save you valuable time.
If you have browsed our online catolog, please have the item numbers available when contacting us.

~FREE PRICE QUOTES
We do not post our embroidery or apparel prices online. We prefer to hand figure to give you the best price possible. We take into consideration the amount of embroidery required and the quantity of items needed when figuring prices.
Sample Pricing: T-shirts with company logo start at $10.00 (quantity discounts available)
Caps with company logo start at $8.00 - 9.00 (quantity discounts available)
**Company logo usually consist of company name, along with design logo.
**Company logo consisiting of name only - price will be adjusted to accomodate.
These prices reflect our superior quality t-shirts and caps. We offer a large variety of brands reflecting a variety of price ranges to accomodate your needs.
~ QUANTITY PRICING DISCOUNT
We offer discounts to businesses and groups based on the quantity of items ordered -
beginning at 2 dozen. Quantity discounts apply to itmes being embroidered with the same logo. You may mix & match various items within your order and still receive the quantity discount. If personalizing is to be added (individual names added to each item, along with the logo), this still qualifies for quantity discount.
** The larger the quantity, the larger the discount!
~SUBMITTING DESIGNS
Logo designs may be submitted to us by email, on disk or by postal mail.
** We will provide an embroidered sample for your viewing. This will give you the opportunity to make any neccessary changes if needed. Once changes are made, you will receive another embroidered sample until the design is to your preference. The design will go to production to fill your order once you have approved the design.
~ DIGITIZING
Digitizing is the process of using a picture of your company logo and digitally punching it
into embroidered stitches, creating an exact stitched design of your logo, ready for
embroidery.
**Color/Thread Changes; No limit on thread colors - No charge for color changes
**Digitizing Services: When a logo requires digitizing, a one time fee applies. Your design
will be saved for future orders and will not require a fee each time.
Most company logo digitizing fees are $25.00 Larger designs (jacket backs), may require an additional fee if design requires much detail. Smaller designs, less detail, may require a very small fee.
** Company Logos (words only) do not require a digitizing fee.
~ STOCK LOGO DESIGNS
You may choose from over 40, 000 stock designs that we have available. We will add
your company name to a design and produce it in any colors that you prefer. Stock design
colors may be changed to suit your company colors.
** The fee for using our stock design service is a one time fee, ranging from $5.00 - $30.00.
~ TURN AROUND TIME
Our turn around time is excellent! Depending on digitizing services required and quanity
ordered, your order may be ready for shipping in as little as a week! Larger orders may
require up to 2 weeks.
~ SHIPPING
Orders are shipped through USPS Priority mail. USPS guarantees delivery within 2-4
days. Insurance can be provided upon request.
** Shipping Cost: Up to 100.00 = $8.00 shipping
For orders over 100.00, please request shipping quote.
~ COMPANY LOGO PLACEMENT for APPARELL ~
The most common area for logo placement is over the left chest area.
We can embroider almost anywhere that you would like or add additional placements.
